What's The Meaning Behind "The Red Letter Mission"? Hello Friends, Thank you for showing interest in my site.  I realize there are tons of bloggers, websites and other social media out there, so it is an honor to have you visit my site. As with other blogs/websites, you will hear from me on different subjects on life, church, ministry and following Jesus. You will find news, information, pictures and videos from my travels and ministry with Christian Associates and Forge America.  I will update as I travel day to day; when stateside I will try to update my ministry monthly. Its exciting to share this ministry with you. It's thrilling to know so many friends like you pray and support all I do to further the Kingdom.

As many of you know, my heart is about helping others find fullness in life. I believe the only way you can find fullness is through knowing and following Jesus (John 10:10). Since I was a small child I have always been drawn to the red letters found in most King James (now many diff versions have red letters) Bibles.  I remember driving my mother nuts because I was constantly asking her... "Did Jesus really say that?" Over the past 6 years, I have seen my life transformed as I have studied, experienced and prayed through the Gospels.  As I read and study, I have found myself focused on the Red Letters (the words of Jesus) and being inspired to live and love as Jesus did.  This Red Letter life has brought fullness, joy and the ability to be a true disciple while calling/helping others in the same endeavor. 

The Red Letter Mission is purposed for 2 things... 1. Selfishly, this site is a methodology for my own pursuit of a Red Letter life. 2. I have had some of you ask if I would share some of my learnings, thoughts and questions as it pertains to living out The Red Letter Mission.  So I hope this site will be a great place for you and I to both be stirred to not just talk of a Red Letter life but actually allow the words of Jesus to transform and inspire us to be disciples who go and make disciples. 

I will often post videos to shed light on what it means to be a part of The Red Letter Mission.  I received a link to this video (posted below) and found it to be a wonderful illustration of going and making disciples.
